As a woman in my 40s, and a busy wife and mum to two energetic pre-teen boys, I understand how easy it is to put yourself last while juggling family, work, and everything in between. My own journey through yo-yo diets, confusing wellness advice, and costly gym memberships has shaped my belief that health should be simple, sustainable, and supportive—not overwhelming.
