Hello! I'm April. My journey to becoming a nutrition and wellness coach has been influenced by my life as a busy wife and mum to two lively pre-teen boys who keep things exciting. Over the years, I've navigated the ups and downs of life, yo-yo diets and costly gym memberships, all in pursuit of better health for myself and my family.
I’m passionate about helping women feel safe, happy, and in control of their body and mind. My mission is to simplify health journeys and empower women to become their best selves while proving that a healthy lifestyle doesn’t need to be complex or costly. First step is prioritising yourself so you can better support those around you, while still balancing work, family, and the joys of life without unnecessary stress.
