Greek Yoghurt With Honey & Berries

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

3/4 cup Plain Greek Yogurt

1/4 cup Plain Kefir

1 cup Mixed Berries

1 tsp Honey

2 tsps Hemp Seeds

1/2 tsp Blueberry Jam

1 tbsp Walnuts (Crushed)

LET'S GET COOKING:

In a small bowl, combine the yogurt and kefir. Add a topping of fresh berries, walnuts and hemp seeds.

Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon. to serve.
